I am a modern nomad, with a wealth of experience in somatic awareness. A Julliard graduate and former leading member of the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, I love to maintain a physical lifestyle and enjoy expanding my knowledge of the body and applying that knowledge in my work with clients. At Juilliard, I studied anatomy and physiology, all forms of dance and movement, and various mind-body awareness modalities, such as the Alexander Technique, the Feldenkrais Method, and the Franklin Method. I worked at StretchLab locations in Denver and Boulder before further developing my is skills by pursuing a deeper understanding of working effectively with diverse body types at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute. I have worked with clients who are affected by myopathy/neuropathy, spastic paraplegia, cerebral palsy, glioblastoma, multiple sclerosis, severe cases of arthritis and scoliosis, piriformis syndrome, and frozen shoulder, among other conditions, and have worked with many professional and college-level athletes. I have been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years, completed a yoga teacher training, and regularly practice meditation and breathwork.
