Spence Rubin, LMT, MSc
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
I offer integrative massage and bodywork with a holistic, mind-body approach to healing and balance. My intuitive, client-centered work blends Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, sports massage, and Thai yoga massage to create a personalized and inclusive therapeutic experience. I bring both professional training and lived experience to my practice. Having navigated chronic and autoimmune conditions, including Crohn’s disease, I understand the profound impact that stress can cause and am deeply passionate about supporting autonomic nervous system regulation, strengthening the mind-body connection, providing client-tailored bodywork sessions, and using therapeutic touch to promote resilience, restoration, and long-term well-being. I believe massage can be a powerful tool for healing and balance, and the use of skilled, intentional touch can serve as a gateway to deeper health, calm, and self-connection.

Massage Therapist
Crystian Almaguer, LMT
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
I am a licensed massage therapist with a strong focus on sports massage, deep tissue work, and therapeutic stretching. My journey into massage therapy is deeply personal. As a former football player, I experienced injuries that led me through physical therapy and massage, where I saw firsthand how powerful bodywork can be in healing, recovery, and restoring confidence in the body. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others feel their best.
My sessions combine deep tissue techniques, targeted neuromuscular work, and Swedish massage principles to improve circulation, reduce pain, and release chronic tension. I specialize in helping clients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies so they can return to their daily lives feeling stronger, more balanced, and fully themselves.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain, or simply need intentional, results-driven care, I create a safe, supportive space where your body’s needs always come first. My goal is not just relief—but helping you move, perform, and live at your full potential.

Massage Therapist
Wolf, LMT
Schedule: Wolf is on leave for a bit. We'll announce his return!
Since 2008, I have been helping people reclaim their strength, restore their movement, and rediscover their confidence. Beginning my career as a personal trainer, I designed fitness programs that went beyond aesthetics—they were about building lasting resilience. My training approach emphasized functional movement, injury prevention, and mobility, ensuring clients could carry their strength and vitality into everyday life.

My dedication to understanding the human body led me to expand my expertise into the therapeutic side of care, becoming a licensed massage therapist specializing in rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and motor vehicle accident therapy. My integrative style draws from myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and deep tissue massage, targeting not just the symptoms of pain but its underlying causes. Whether working with an athlete on the road to competition, a patient recovering from surgery, or someone overcoming the physical effects of a car accident, my approach is precise, compassionate, and results-driven.

My mission is to help people heal deeply and grow stronger. Book a session to see how I can help you!
